Postal Petals Instagram Revamp & Growth Campaign


Postal Petals is an immersive wellness brand that delivers fresh, farm-direct flowers for DIY flower arranging. They wanted to revamp their Instagram page to better reflect their brand, attract more followers, and increase engagement.
We started by optimizing their bio to clearly convey their message and creating missing highlights to make the page look professional and organized.
Next, we focused on content creation. Over three months, we consistently posted 3-4 posts a week, with most being carousel posts. The content was divided into four pillars: promotional posts featuring their products and services, weekly features of black florists to build a community, educational content about flowers, and inspirational posts highlighting the benefits of flower arranging for mental health and wellness. Additionally, we posted 3-4 Instagram stories a week to keep the audience engaged and shared client-provided videos as Reels to boost the page's activity and reach.
To grow their audience, we were engaging with their target audience on a daily basis.
The results were impressive. Postal Petals’ Instagram profile became vibrant, floral, and engaging, leading to a significant increase in followers. In just three months, they gained over 550 followers, showing the effectiveness of our approach.
